This all began 21 years ago,
1981, when Rees, Howard, and I hiked 400 miles of the PCT through
the State of Washington. It was the year after Mt. St. Helens
exploded so we walked through ash for 3 days, but more importantly
we sealed a friendship that will last forever.
This year we completed mile
1200 on our hike through the Trinity Alps, Russian Wilderness,
Klamath Wilderness and much more. 116 miles of beauty...
and good times.
